Enneagram Applications to Personal or Spiritual Growth:
For Groups
Introduction to the Enneagram
This workshop will describe nine personality types and assist participants in determining their primary type. Find out what motivates you and others to act in certain ways. This seminar will include presentations, activities and reflection time. An interesting, rewarding, dynamic and challenging experience.
Enneagram and Relationships
Now that you know your type, what do you do with it? Using the descriptors of each Enneagram type, this seminar will provide practical applications of the Enneagram in your relationships at home and at work. It will identify those issues which both interfere with and enhance relationships.
Sacred Movement of the Centres
The Enneagram encourages us to balance our thinking, feeling and doing centres as we journey towards mysticism. What is the purpose of each center in our inner work? How do we misuse them? How do we continue to develop the treasure in each?
Enneagram Applications to Personal or Spiritual Growth:
INDIVIDUALS
Discover your personality type
Through story telling, conversation, reading and reflection, discover your dominant personality type: what are your strengths and compulsions? How do you continue to become more fully human?
Waking up to who we really are
Underneath our layers of personality lies something deeper and more lasting. Made in the image of God, we bear in ourselves the divine likeness. What enhances its flow? What hinders its freedom? This day of reflection and brief interaction is an invitation to say “yes” to the unfolding image of Beauty.

Enneagram and Team-Building
As an agency or business attempts to achieve its goal, each person makes a unique contribution. Is your workplace balanced with doers, thinkers and relaters? What typical behavior and motivation does each type exhibit when working in a team? Each personality type has characteristics which are conducive to a happy and productive team. How might they be affirmed, focused, developed? Additionally, some characteristics may cause conflict. What are those characteristics? This day will be a great team-building exercise in itself providing insight, appreciation and acceptance of differences.
Leadership Style and Enneagram Type
Situational leadership calls on managers to exercise a wide gamut of abilities and skills. Directing activities to achieve successful outcomes together with colleagues or peers with various personalities, a leader may wish to consider each Enneagram’s type of nine styles of leadership. What matters to each type? How do leaders relate in each type? How do they respond to specific situations? This workshop will challenge, enlighten and motivate.
Stress Management using the Enneagram
Each personality type has characteristics which cause distress. What is distressful to the achiever, to the giver, or to the thinker? What stress reducer is available from the investigator, the reformer or the peace-maker? How can these characteristics be used at home or in the workplace to convert distress to positive change?

NEW: Biblical Characters and the Enneagram
with two of the following presenters : Diane Tolomeo, Remi J. De Roo and Pearl Gervais.
This retreat is based upon their new book – “BIBLICAL CHARACTERS AND THE ENNEAGRAM: Images of Transformation.” Once we know our type, how might we connect to the wisdom of the Christian and Hebrew Scriptures? Join with us as we ascribe type to some characters from the Bible. Using their experience, what can we learn about ourselves? What connection is there between them and us? How do they inspire, motivate and move us to regain our Essence? How do they assist us in discerning the meaning of our individual and collective journeys? Through interaction, reflection, movement and ritual, participants will be invited to relate to the Biblical personages on whose shoulders we stand.
